The SPY-01 terahertz detector is a very compact pyroelectric detector that can be placed in a vacuum chamber. Used for detecting weak electromagnetic radiation from ultraviolet to terahertz bands. Vacuum cavity terahertz detectors are equipped with an external power supply.
